Several riders went to the Caledon Clinic over the long weekend. Veronika & Hugs and Kisses rode dressage with Margie & jumping with Peter Gray. Hugs was very good despite being a tad strong. Jenn & Lil T did well in dressage & poor T got a little overwhelmed in jumping with Peter but the two had a good day when all was said and done. Hannah & Equus Akita had good start to the season with Akita jumping water, bank, ditch. A few silly stops, but not bad for Akita's first time out and a good warm up for Caledon! Sid & Tiger had a good ride even if Tiger was a little fresh and strong after fences. Thursday mornings Equus is once again running the Therapeautic Riding Program. Thank you to the volunteers who come and help make this a wonderful experience. MH attended the officials training for Para (steward & judges) and completed the required testing. Stay tuned for more information on Equus Therapeautic Riding program. MH took Ruby to Springfest at Halton Place where they showed First Level Gold show and attained scores over 60% ( top 3 placings in all classes). Congratulations to Ashley for buying Clipper!
